This one was suggested by my friend Skitty999, hence the dedication to you! :D

It’s called...Haiban Renmei. I never watched/read it myself, so I can’t give you feedback on it ^_^; Hope you like it! :) I had a lot of fun with the effects, especially on her wings. Sadly, I wanted them to come out more brighter...but I guess they still stand out! :P
