I really loved this challenge,because I had many fun doing this card!XD LOL!~ So cool!~
I found the Kobato scan[screenshot] in a site for donwload animes[Actually I was seaching a Pandora Hearts scan...^_^; LOL!]...Is so cute and funny!
Kobato-chan's face is like:"Nyaaa!~ Awesomeee!~" And Sayaka-san is thinking:"WTF?!" LOL!~
I finished the card in a few minutes...I used just the screenshot and some colorful brushes for drawing the flowers and sparks!XD And I add the orange/green borders...

Anyway,was really funny and I'm happy with it!XD
