I watched Goku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei today and this quote is from the first episode:

(speaking about V-Day)'Don't you think that once every four years would be enough? If it was once every four years people would really get into it, reaching fever pitch like the Olympics or the World Cup!' (Itoshiki Nozomu-Zetsubou Sensei)

Well I thought that it's the perfect time for that quote. I wouldn't mind if V-day was once every four years, it would mean 3 whole peaceful years :D
