It's a manga called "In My Room" from a series of one-shots [basically] called "Kindan no Amai Kajitsu" by Minami Haruka

I just colored a little bit of a picture in the manga, I loved this pic, so I made a card out of it, no added text, just Misaki's "huh?" moment! The other guy is Makino. You'd have to read the manga to know what's going on, and if you haven't noticed, it's yaoi.

They're not really a couple though, more like "friends with benefits"
