The quote is something Yuki [the guy in front] says to Tetsushi [the other guy called 'Tetsu' for short] about his brother in the hospital. On order to pay for his brother's hospital bills, he became a -ehm- "slave" to a gang leader named Hyodo, who in turn, will pay for all his brother's hospital bills.
