The quote is something Yuki [the guy in front] says to Tetsushi [the other guy called 'Tetsu' for short] about his brother in the hospital. On order to pay for his brother's hospital bills, he became a -ehm- "slave" to a gang leader named Hyodo, who in turn, will pay for all his brother's hospital bills. Tetsushi seems to be thinking of a way to get Yuki to stop so who knows what might happen next! [Tetsu 'likes' Yuki]
Here's a preview! That's what leads up to Yuki saying that. Jun is Yuki's little brother. I've only read the first chapter, but it seems pretty good. :]
