My first submission in years!(months actually...)
Submitting this for Angels card challenge called sportin it!

I took about an hour editing the image first taking out other characters and just concentrating on Mihashi.
I guess my computer class actually taught me something called the Healing brush tool! Yep that's basically what I did to get rid of the other playes and I used the clone brush stamp tool too! It works wonders. made my background look like it was only Mihashi to begin with.

Anyways.
I made Mihashi black and white with another layer on top and added the color effect.

I added a blur effect to the baseball by copying it and then adding motion blur in the indicated direction.

added some stripes to the background with screen effect on them.

And then your normal text with the stroke done on the outside.

Pretty much it.
