I was toying with this Alphard scan from AP (I was trying to make a sig) and ended up with this card... I think I'll make a wallpaper version of it 
I used standard PS brushes and filters... I smudged and blurred the edges of the extracted Alpha-sama :3 (she's so smexy <33) cos I was too lazy to remove the blue pixels =P
