Haha... I just recently found out from SiSero's DA page that Ritsuka is her favorite anime character, sooo, here's a card.

I cropped it, tinted it blue, made it brighter, added contrast, made it brighter again, and then added the text.
Then in Adobe Photoshop 7.0, I made the text, eyes, bg, and the lighting to the hair brighter.
