So for those of you that either haven't gotten up to this episode of darker than black or don't watch darker than black at all, pretty much Wei is a contractor with the power to make holes in things with his own blood. So basically he slits his wrist, throws blood at you, snaps his fingers, and then you have a hold in the place where the blood landed on you.
