This rushed card (Sorry Megan :P) Is for my dearest friend Meggie-Chan! *hugs* It's her birthday & I wanted wish her all the best! Because she is the most sweetest & caringest angel in my life! You rule Meagan!

Anyway, this card was created on GIMP. Yes, this is my first attempt on GIMP and it looks so bad T_T. I added the confetti brush, then glowed it then added all this & that. ^^
