Bottom: Yoichi Hiruma from Eyeshield 21.
I think they must be related somehow. Like long lost brothers or cousins or something. o.0;
They even have the same game philosophy: "If it's not zero then we can still win."
Not to mention that they're both devilish and take tons of gambles.
