This is a chracter from a game called " True Tears"
No it isn't the anime True Tears they're different.
This one is a simle one I didn't add that many of brushes or anything special effect except Lens Flare.
That's from Filter>Render>Lens Flare.
What I mostly like in this one is the font I think it appears pretty well ^^
I added few flowers at the last sentence and that's it ^-^
