After 11 great years of Toonami it came to a close on September 21st 2008. It's sad because this was what got me into anime. If it weren't for Toonami I am not sure I would be a fan of anime today due to the reason of watching DragonballZ whenever I came home from school. I would always run home to watch DBZ no matter what or Sailor Moon.

Now a piece of my childhood leaves once again and sadly we have no reasons why it did leave us. I am embarassed of Cartoon Network because they have gone down hill so much in the past years and now the best shows aren't even going to be aired. I guess anime really might be disappearing from television and from the United States. Either way my best memories of Anime was with Toonami and I am bless that it was there when I was 8 years old to 20 years old. I am thankful!
